Our benefit partners will coordinate with your insurance, HRIS/Payroll and auxiliary benefits providers to manage the enrollment, changes, terminations, Cobra Administration, and renewal of the programs you have in place. We will train employees on how the benefits work, and at what point they qualify for benefits.

 

River Run HR will review employees’ days, and counter against vacation, sick and PTO policies, and then coordinate with the payroll system to ensure appropriate tracking. 

We conduct enrollment processing, healthcare invoice reconciliation, employee inquiries, COBRA administration, open enrollment coordination, 401k administration, leave management and tracking, and benefit plan restructuring.
