River Run HR trains leaders at all levels to delegate more, improve communication skills, and retain top performers. In addition, we coach leaders/managers through complex employee relations issues to minimize conflict, downtime and lost productivity. Topics can include HR and Compliance, Management Practices, and a variety of soft skills training.
Our training process positions front-line supervisors, middle managers and senior executives with assessments and strategies for aligning personal vision, mission and values with organizational vision, increased efficacy and business results.
